Relay For Life: The 2012 Wilmington Relay For Life Season has kickedoff. If you have ever participated in Relay For Life before, or would like more information about the event, please visit www.WilmingtonRFL.com.

Relay For Life: The 2012 Wilmington Relay For Life is now seeking volunteers to help plan and help out at the event. Relay For Life is an annual 18 hour cancer walk that Celebrates loved ones who have fought cancer, Remember those who have been lost to the disease, and Fight Back by defeating cancer and staying well. This year's event will take place June 15-16 at the Shawsheen Tech. Relay For Life is a great way to earn community service hours. You can join a team, be a team captain, a day-of volunteer, or join the committee. Please visit www.WilmingtonRFL.com to learn more about the Wilmington Relay For Life, or to sign up to volunteer.

The High School ITL airs MWF at 3pm and every morning at 5am on our "E" channel.


All student community service logs for the 2011-2012 school year must be given to Assistant Principal Dennis Mahoney  or Deborah Deacon

The Wildcat Community Service Program (WCSP) is a program that networks Wilmington High School with local non-profit agencies.  The WCSP database provides a quick and easy way for students to find volunteer service hours required for graduation.

·         Students can choose from a variety of opportunities at several Wilmington service organizations

·         The WCSP will foster an exchange of ideas and skills between high school students and participating agencies

·         Students will be engaged in service learning experiences and become educated about various groups and see how they can make a difference in their community

·         The Wilmington School/Business Partnership is the sponsor of this program


The Wildcat Project is a program that addresses the current issue of Substance Abuse in the Wilmington community.  This project consists of the following implementation strategies:
 

  • Drug and Alcohol Abuse Education for students

  • Drug and Alcohol Education Programs for parents

  • Community outreach and education for the Wilmington community.

In an effort to promote healthy and responsible behavior and promote better decision making as it relates to drugs and alcohol, Wilmington Public Schools is committed to initiating The Wildcat Project.
