Senior Write-Up Submission Information/Forms:

Seniors write-ups must be submitted by Tuesday, December 23rd. Complete the Senior Write-Up Form and email to Ms. Fidler before the close of school on the 23rd. Write-ups not received before the deadline will not be included in the yearbook. Don't miss out!

The Senior Write-Up Form requires Microsoft Word to open. If you need a different file type, email Ms. Fidler at jennifer.fidler@wilmington.k12.ma.us.

FORM INSTRUCTIONS:
Fill  each of the shaded areas (be sure to check your spelling/grammar as write-ups will not be spell checked prior to publishing). Once all information has been completed, save changes to your computer (when you close the file, it will ask to you to save changes). Please include your last name in the filename. E-mail as an attachment or print out form for submission. Any questions, please contact Ms. Fidler.
