Expected Behaviors:

• All Students will sit in assigned seat only.
• Students are only allowed in designated student areas.
• Students are not allowed to touch the paper cutters without approval and supervision.
• A pencil is required at all times.
• All students are responsible for cleaning their own mess and assist in maintaining the art room in general.
• Any mis-use of any art supply, tool or school property will result in the student paying the current catalog price to replace that item(s).
• No gum or candy at anytime.
• Talking out of turn is unacceptable.
• Following all regular school rules as outlined in the Student Handbook.

Common Respect:

• All students are expected to respect themselves and their classmates.
• All students are allowed to leave work in the room and have it remain safe from others touching and/or damaging it.
• All students are allowed to create in a unique way without negative comments from others.

Academic Expectations:

• Students are expected to put maximum effort into their work.
• Students are expected to hand work in on time or attend after school in order to do so.
• Students are expected to write their name and section number on all class-work.
• Students will work on an "extra time lesson" or drawing if they finish their work early. No homework from other classes is allowed nor simply sitting and talking.
• Grading is based on 80% Attitude, Conduct and Effort; 20% Class-work, homework, tests, quizzes and reports.
